Agreement:
By placing an order with Southern Sydney Catering, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set forth by Southern Sydney Catering. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Customer and Southern Sydney catering.
Platter Orders:
Platter Selection: The Customer shall choose platters from the Southern Sydney Catering menu and specify the desired quantity, size, and any special dietary requirements or restrictions at the time of ordering.
Minimum Order: Southern Sydney Catering imposes a minimum order requirement amounting to $300.
Delivery:
Delivery Location: The Customer must provide accurate and detailed delivery address information, including any specific instructions for locating the destination. Southern Sydney Catering will deliver the platters to the specified location.
Delivery Charges: Southern Sydney Catering may apply a delivery fee based on the distance and location of the delivery address. The Customer will be informed of any applicable charges at the time of ordering.
Delivery Time: Southern Sydney Catering will make reasonable efforts to deliver the platters at the agreed-upon time. However, delivery times are estimated and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Southern Sydney Catering shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from delivery delays.
Southern Sydney Catering may at times use an external delivery service.
Delivery Fees:
A $15 delivery fee will apply to all deliveries within a 5km radius of Southern Sydney Catering location Hurstville
A $25 delivery fee will apply to all deliveries within a 5-10km radius of Southern Sydney Catering location Hurstville
A $30 delivery fee will apply to all deliveries within a 10-20km radius of Southern Sydney Catering location Hurstville and a $300 minimum order applies.
Payment:
Pricing: The prices for the platters and any additional services or charges will be communicated to the customer at the time of ordering. All prices are quoted in the local currency and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Payment Method: The customer shall pay for the platter delivery catering services using the designated payment methods accepted by Southern Sydney Catering, which may include credit cards, debit cards, or other electronic payment options.
Payment Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the full payment of the order, including any applicable taxes, fees, or gratuities, as agreed upon with Southern Sydney Catering.
Cancellations and Changes:
Order cancellations must be confirmed 48 hours prior to pick up or delivery time if an order or delivery is to be made Tuesday – Friday with our customer service team. Any cancellation for an order or delivery due on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday needs to be made the Thursday before by 2pm.
To cancel your order, please contact us on 02 9113 8861 during contact hours or by replying to the confirmation email orders@southernsydneycatering.com.au. Contact hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Subject to availability.
Please be advised a 15% surcharge will apply on a public holiday
Liability:
Please be advised while we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination of allergens in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that our food has not come in contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, or shellfish.
If your guests have any food allergies or sensitivities, please inform us so we can take all necessary precautions to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
Intellectual Property:
Southern Sydney Catering retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, copyrights, and other intellectual property associated with its business. The customer agrees not to use or reproduce any of the caterer’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. Any disputes arising from Southern Sydney Catering shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
